Training

Welcome to My Rights’ Training Page

Our training, delivered by qualified and experienced trainers, advocates and health and social care professionals, is regularly updated to ensure learners’ knowledge is current and up-to-date with the ever changing landscape of health and social care. We ensure our training meets specific learning outcomes, engages and involves learners and meets the high standards expected by practitioners. We understand the positive impact that high quality training has on individual learners and organisations and we offer fully bespoke training packages on request.

Training with My Rights

Currently, we deliver training via two options:

  1. Learners can book individually on to our training courses advertised on our website or by contacting us about a specific course if not listed.
  2. Organisations can arrange for learners to travel to our training centre in Nottingham, which includes free on site parking, facilities and room for up to 40 people or for a trainer to deliver training ‘in-house’ at their own site or at an agreed third party venue. Additional costs for travel and overnight stays (for training programmes lasting more than 1 day in duration) and booking of any agreed third party venue are agreed in advance.

Costs and Concessions

Please contact My Rights via the ‘Contact’ button above for a quote. My Rights offers concessions on training costs to individuals with a disability, people aged 60 and over, students, and people who are registered unemployed. Concessions are also offered to community groups and registered charities.
